Meet Your Instructor

Cherstin is a 500 hour RYT and wellness coach.  Her yoga training is based in Elemental Yoga Therapy, designed to attune to each student and his/her unique body, mind and spirit to assist in guiding it back into balance.  Drawing on many styles of yoga and meditation practices, she caters her sessions to the individual.  Her approach is gentle and intuitive yet powerfully transformational, connecting mind, body and spirit into one powerful unit.

Yoga was originally designed to be prescription-based for each individual and his/her needs.  This 60 minute session is for one to two students.  Based on your specific needs, goals and aspirations (physical, mental or emotional), this session is specifically designed to break through your issues, challenges and/or current limitations.  Release physical tension, reduce stress, gain flexibility, strengthen your body and mind, connect to your body's wisdom and intuition, deepen and expand your yoga practice... 

A dynamic 60 minute session designed for 3-5 people who love the idea of a private session with a lower price tag.  Or maybe you're someone who learns better and has more fun in a small group setting.  Get a few of your friends or family members together to experience a fun yet powerful session created with your individual and collective goals in mind.  

In this 90 minute session Cherstin will design a unique yoga practice for you and your partner.  Each of you will receive individualized instruction and modifications and will walk away with a unique practice that you can do together anywhere.  Discover how powerful practicing yoga together can be as you cultivate a healthy, deeper and more intimate connection with your partner... mind, body and spirit.
