If You Ignore It, It Just Gets Worse


What most women do when facing low energy, negative self-talk, brain fog and a ho-hum outlook on life is try every fad diet, energy drink/shot/pill/patch, acupuncturist, voodoo doctor, hypnotist, hormone shot, happy pill, crystal healer, psychic, exercise program and positive psychology self-help book out there. But for most women, none of that works.

  • You’re using solutions that worked for someone else instead of listening to your own unique body.

  • You’re treating the symptoms, not the root cause.

  • You're trying to lose weight the hard way by aggressively pushing, forcing, punishing and depriving yourself of what your female body and brain thrives on.

  • It works for a little while and then you’re back to where you started or even worse.

  • You become dependent on someone or something outside of yourself to give you your next “fix.”

  • You deplete your energy by restricting and depriving yourself of the true nourishment you need, wrecking your metabolism and killing brain cells in the process.

  • You waste hundreds of thousands of dollars on every next magic solution just to realize you’ve been spinning your wheels and getting nowhere.


And what happens if you just do nothing? If you just keep doing what you’ve been doing?  You continue the downward spiral of feeling more and more stressed, tired, hopeless, hating your body, hiding and numbing out on food, caffeine, alcohol, television and other distractions that turn you into a broke, jaded, nutritionally depleted, tired, old hag.  AAAAARGH!!!!!


How I Doubled My Energy and

Got My Sparkle Back!


I've been there.  It took me a while, but I found the way out of that vicious cycle.


Here’s the story: I tried everything out there just like you. 


Low carb, high carb, raw, macrobiotic, low fat, high fat, antibiotic, probiotic, high protein, vegetarian, vegan, master cleanse, Ayurveda, acupuncture, energy work, antidepressants, fasting, dumpster diving (just kidding, never tried that one)… 


And then one day I realized I was looking for the answer to my problems in all the wrong places.  I was looking to every book, diet, expert, therapist, doctor, or guru… anything outside of myself to diagnose me, heal me, solve my problems, give me energy, happiness, and mostly find peace of mind. 

I also looked around and noticed how much of a struggle so many other women were having as well.  Starving, punishing, pushing, and forcing ourselves into health does not work for us. Why? Because it's unsustainable.  We can only endure torture for so long...


There must be another way!!!


So I finally asked myself, “What if the answer isn’t ‘out there,’ what if it’s ‘in here?’  I’m the only one experiencing my unique body and my unique life.  What if I were to look at my body as a source of wisdom and intelligence instead of something that needed to be tamed, controlled or fixed. 


What if I simply needed to learn the language in which my body speaks?

What if in doing so I could simply support and tap into my body's innate healing intelligence that I was born with? 


The same intelligence that miraculously heals a cut or wound.


I set out to find a way to learn about the wisdom of my own body and its language, and stumbled upon some ancient tools that gave me access to not just the wisdom of my body, but also taught me how to use my mind as a tool that worked for me rather than against me.  This system showed me the way in which my mind and body are connected and work synergistically with each other to find balance and connection so I could access the energy, intuition, confidence and a strength I didn’t even know I had.

I also started looking at the differences in the female brain, body and endocrine system and saw that most women are trying to go about balancing their weight and restoring their energy and health in ways that work great for men, but actually IMPAIR performance and health for women!!!

Have you ever gone on a diet or weight loss program alongside a man?  If you have you've probably noticed how quickly he gets results compared to you and how easy it is for him.  He might have actually enjoyed the diet or program you thought was torture!


I took this ancient system and new understanding along with the experience, knowledge and tools I’ve received as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yoga teacher and Master Transformational Coach to create a system I call The Gaia Code.
